Most of the latest Apple iPhone and iPad’s support eSIMs. Check the list below to ensure that your device is eSIM-compatible.
Some carriers and countries block access to eSIMs. Although Australian carriers in general have not since 2012. We do recommend you still double check, by following the instructions at bottom of page.

iPhone 14*, Plus*, Pro*, ProMax*,
iPhone 13*, Pro*, ProMax*, Mini* iPhone 12*, Pro*, ProMax*, Mini* iPhone 11*, Pro*, ProMax*, Mini* iPhone XS, XS Max* iPhone XR* iPhone SE (2020) iPad Air (3rd & 4th Generation) iPad Pro 11‑inch (1st, 2nd and 3rd generation) iPad Pro 12.9‑inch (3rd, 4th and 5th generation) iPad (7th,8th & 9th generation) iPad Mini (5th & 6th generation)
*Apple devices originating in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macao are not eSIM capable.

How to check your Apple device accepts an eSIM.
Open your settings on your device
Choose General and then About.
Scroll down to “Service Provider Lock” or “Carrier Lock” and check it says No SIM restrictions.
Scroll further down and below the Physical Sim should be “Available SIM”
